NORTH LANE FARM
Sutcombe, Near Bradworthy, EX22 7PYNorth Lane Farm is a pretty building which stands on a 12 acre working small holding set just a mile and half from Holsworthy Village with it’s post office, pub and a selection of small shops. The farm house in its beautiful secluded country setting has a small but well equipped kitchen which has a fridge freezer and solid fuel cooker and electric oven which leads to a seating area with dining table which has a wall mounted TV with free-view. There is a downstairs shower room with wc and a well equipped utility room. There are two comfortable lounges, both with TV’s. Both lounges have log burners which are set in set into attractive stone fireplaces. The lounges lead on to a sunny conservatory with seating which leads out to the pretty garden with a seating area with BBQ and a well equipped children’s play area. The children’s play area has several climbing frames and a timber Wendy house and swings. Upstairs there are two double rooms, one twin room and two single rooms and a family bathroom. There is a small area on the landing with books and toys for guest to use. Guests are invited to help feed the animals if they wish, there are sheep, goats, hens, rabbits and pigs. Sausages eggs and bacon are available to buy from the owners. There is a stair gate and cot if required and logs are included. Towels can be hired if needed. A baby sitting service is offered by the owner who is a registered childminder. Locally is the Gnome reserve, Tamar Lakes, Trethorn Farm Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep. The nearest beaches are just 15 miles away. Clovelly and Bude are a short drive. The Eden Project is just over an hours drive away. Holsworthy Motor Museum has a good restaurant.
